Pricing and payment

Listed prices include the cost of shipping in the US only. Prior to your invoice being sent, you will receive a final total.

Payment must be made in full before any work is started.

We currently do not accept payment plans.

Turnaround time

The current turnaround time for pins is approximately 2 months.

1 month for the art, 1 month for production.

Shipping will take 3 - 5 business days for domestic orders and up to 2 weeks for international.

Cancellation
-
You may cancel an order prior to the artwork being completed.

If the artwork is complete and you need to cancel, we will deduct $30 from the refund to cover the work already completed.

Once the artwork is approved and sent to the manufacturer, no refunds can be processed.

Usage
-
Pins may be traded, sold, or given away without restriction.

You may reuse your artwork for advertising or personal merchandise. You may NOT use the artwork to place your own pin order or to buy additional merchandise to sell.
